Your hotel staff was stellar from the bellman to the reservations. Bar staff was a bit slow actually and many times no one was around for more than five to ten minutes. Food service in the bar was also slow. But friendly.

This place suits me perfectly! With a great fitness center, cozy restaurant, and 24-hour reception, I find everything I need for a comfortable stay. The staff even helped me return some sim cards I left behind. I'm coming back for a weekend!

This is an beautiful old hotel in a very old historic part of Baltimore. The staff (from the bellmen, front desk and waitstaff) were the very best we have ever experienced they went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and were always helpful with any questions we had about the city and getting around. I loved the fact that they used our names and really seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. The restaurant Georges's was fantastic. We had wonderful breakfasts each morning,I highly recommend the amaretto french toast much more that just you usual plastic wrapped muffin and cold coffee like the chain hotels. Peaceful and charming would be good words to describe our visit and the fantastic view of the Washington Monument from our window. We were disappointed that our stay was not longer.
Valet parking is quite expensive at $30 per night. We were luck to find a self park lot just around the block for $7 per night. We left our car in the lot during our entire stay and walked and took the light rail into the downtown area.

Size of the rooms.
The front staff was very nice but it was hard to hear them at times. Also, I was charged for parking even though I did not have a car. I had to take time to go to the front desk and get this changed. The check in time is also very late. I think 1 pm would be more appropriate.

The junior suite with two double beds was beautifully styled and perfect for a family. The staff was helpful and cute. We enjoyed easy access to top side for some evening drinks, and the area was very walkable with lots to explore. Revival has so much charm!

Good location close to inner harbor and Fort Mc Henry.
Valet parking too expensive but there are a few cheaper parking garages within a few blocks.

Exquisite and reasonably large rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Location adjacent to downtown Baltimore and local shops with tons of colonial. Early check-in and late check-out, parking on another street.

The staff at the Peabody is simply amazing from the people who work at the valet station to the front desk to room service. They are always kind, courteous and extremely helpful. When I checked in, I had made my reservations through booking. Com and for some reason, my reservation was not showing up in the Peabody's computer. The front desk person looked at my reservation form and checked me in using the rate on the form, no hassle, no problems. Al at the valet stand remembered me from my prior visit and made me feel at home. And last time I stayed, I commented that the fitness room had some issues and was somewhat outdated. The gm wrote back to me to let me know the fitness room would be worked on, and sure enough, I see it has new floors, a working tv and got a mini-overhaul. Now that's service!
Nothing really. I love the Peabody and whenever I have to come to Baltimore for work, it's my hotel of choice. It feels welcoming and unique in a way that some of the huge, boxy chains down the hill never do. I applaud the management for building such a great team and for providing such a great atmosphere for guests.

I love the older feel of the hotel. It took me back in time. The room was mostly peaceful and you could open the windows. I really liked that.
There wiring was hanging out in my room on the floor. Didnt look good. The shower could have been cleaned better. A few hairs was in there on the wall that I know werent mine. The parking is insanely high. I had to park on the street to save that way. It wasnt too bad, but Baltimore is not the safest place to walk alone at night. You guys really need to come down on your overnight parking. If it was even 15$ a night i would have probably paid it. But I parked on the lot for 7$ a night.
